This is brunch with a DJ, not brunch with background music. Soul-kitchen plates, mimosa towers and Houston-named cocktails on the patio and inside the retro-chic dining room at Chapman & Kirby. Brunch tables seat for two hours and hold up to eight guests — reserve on Resy, because Sunday walk-ins rarely find a seat.

Brunch service starts at 12 PM every Sunday during Chapman Sundays and the brunch menu runs until 7 PM. Tables seat for two hours, then the day party continues until 10 PM.
Do I need a reservation for Sunday brunch?
Yes — reserve on Resy. Sunday walk-ins rarely get a table; arriving early for a bar seat is the only alternative.
Is there a dress code for brunch?
Yes. No baseball or dad caps, jerseys, plain tees, sweats, extremely revealing clothing, swimsuits, basketball shorts or joggers. The policy applies to brunch reservations too.
